As stated in classes chrome pokemon receive a 35% increase to HP and something to do with critical hits. Do they receive critical hits more often or do they deal critical hits more often? this wasn't clear to me sorry

They can often land a critical hit to the opponent because of their ability (50% higher chances of a critical hit).
