VIP Elite Four Trainers are usually easier compare to VIP Region Champions and Ultimate Trainers. They also give a decent amount of exp and coins. Most of them are beatable using one move only which gives less time to finish the battle. All possible type combinations are present. Kindly try to switch the types to see all possible combinations. For example, from Bug/Flying to Flying/Bug. I wouldn't recommend to use a pokemon without +spe for training high-exp. Try to use a Chrome/Shiny class for additional health benefit. I wouldn't also recommend using Mirage class since they will lose some HP.
If you see an attack that recommends 'V-Create', you can also use the other 4 highest Fire attack power (Mind Blown, Eruption, Blast Burn, Shell Trap). Same goes with 'Freeze Shock', you can also use 'Ice Burn' etc.. Note that 'Attack Accuracy' is not implemented.
If you see a pokemon with multiple x2 or x4 weaknesses other than the indicated attack, you can always use the other types. For example an Onix. I put Water Spout(150) but you can also use Frenzy Plant(150), Focus Punch(150), etc. As long as it has the same attack power of the indicated attack in the table, it will deliver same result.
Important Notes:
Please note the following before trying any methods on our table:
1) Your pokemon must be at level 100.
2) Your pokemon must have +Spe stat.
3) If you will use a Negative class, you must do the opposite in terms of battle (if the battle indicates 'normal' then do 'inverse' and vice versa)
Why some trainers have yellow stars at the upper left corner?
It means they have the highest number of type advantage versus to the attacks of your opponent's team without having zero attack type disadvantage.

(This is the same as my previous 'Best Pokemon Types against VIP Elite Four Trainers' table. If you still have a copy of that table, you can still refer to it.)
How To Use It?
1) Make sure your pokemon is at level 100 and have +Spe stat.
2) For example, you will use a pure Fairy-type pokemon. You can battle either VIP Sidney or VIP Drake. Change one attack slot of your pokemon to 'Light Of Ruin'. (Sometimes you can see a recommended Z-move attack, with asterisk sign. If you can afford it, you'll save one click every battle since you don't need to manually change the attack.)
3) Check what kind of battle you need to do(either Normal Battle or Inverse Battle).
4) Use the recommended attack to all of their pokemon.
5) I always recommend to put another same type pokemon with the same attack. It will act as backup in case the RNG will not favor your side.
