Hey guys I just want to ask who are the trainers that I can effectively use these attacks. Just want to gain big exp
Frenzy Plant
Ice Burn
Sky attack
Prismatic laser

everyday the stats and pokemon class change, but today, Silver seems to be best in inverse battle

Weavile - ice burn or prismatic laser
Shiny Magnezone - sky attack
Metallic Mega Gengar -frenzy plant
Ghostly Crobat - frenzy plant
Dark Mega Alakazam - prismatic laser
Shadow Typhlosion - frenzy plant or ice burn
