Hello d1, raichu69 here I got a warning message for
Using the word sh*t in a conversation with my friend in chats... And got my points deducted, I was at top 1 of new trainers that points deduction really hurt my progress. I had noo idea that using the word sh*t is prohibited here , and I wasn't abusing anyone it was used in our conversation that's it.

Hope you look into it
It won't repeat again
