What is Unique specifically?
Should everything that you have in both the Pokemon box and trades page be considered as non-uniques? Should everything in my trades page be considered as uniques?

https://www.delugerpg.com/faq#uniques. You need to put it in your box and not in trade so the pokedex can classify them as unique pokemon or not.
For example, you already have a Normal class Charmander in your box. If you put it in your trade page, the colored pokeball in your dex for Normal Charmander will turn into colorless pokeball indicating that it is now a unique pokemon to you. If you return it again in your box, it will now turn the colorless pokeball into colored pokeball indicating that it is now a non-unique pokemon.
