Time Limit

Recently I have seen many users who spend like 5hr+ on this game while they are hunting/trading/training exp
some of them use multiple accounts to grind extra exp or catch extra pokes
so I was thinking whether you can put a time-limit like say 3hrs after that that user can't access his account till the next day like say
user A has 3 alts:X,Y,Z(and lets assume he is sharing his account with his friend or family members or whatever):
then all of his friends play on X,Y,Z simultaneously for 1hrs
so net hour spent will be spent 3X1hr=3hr
so after that he will be locked out from the game and can't open it again till the next day
