Can old accounts from years ago be retrieved?

I remember owning an account from years ago. I do remember the username, but the email? No. Is it still possible to recover this account?

Old accounts are deleted after 15 months of inactivity. You cannot recover them after they’ve been deleted. If you don’t have an email linked with your account/you don’t remember, the only thing you can do is try to remember what your password was

Yeah if you are inactive for 15 months your account will be terminated as an entry for new accounts
